Pond. Applicant wants to demolish existing structure and rebuild with 41' setback.

Applicant seeks a Special Permit under MGL 40A-9 and Brewster Bylaw 179-25(B) to amend Special
Permit 90-25. They wish to increase seating at the establishment from 8 to 14.
