RESOLUTION NO. 99-349 ADOPTED November 23,
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN POTOMAC STATION, SECTION 6H
WHEREAS, Engle Homes has requested that the Town vacate a portion of an existing
sanitary sewer easement on lot 760 within Section 6H of the Potomac Station subdivision; and
WHEREAS, vacating the portion of the easement on lot 760 will not adversely impact
the future maintenance of the sanitary sewer in this area; and
WHEREAS, vacating the portion of the easement on lot 760 prevents the need to relocate
the recently constructed house out of the easement.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. That portion of the sanitary sewer easement labeled "Portion of Existing
Sanitary Sewer Easement DB 1643 PG 448 Hereby Vacated 4 Square Feet See Detail" as shown
on the record plat titled "Vacation of a Portion of Ex. 30' San Sewer Esm't Lot 760 Potomac
Station Sec 6H" dated July 15, 1999, and prepared by Christopher Consultants Ltd. is hereby
vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the associated
record plat as referenced above.
