APPOINTING FRANK BUTrERY TO THE THOMAS BALCH
1 ]BRARY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Balch Library Commission; and
WHEREAS, former Councilmember and Balch Library Commission member Frank
Buttery has expressed a desire to continue serving on Balch Library Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Leesburg Town Council to appoint Mr. Buttery to the
Balch Library Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council recommends appointment of Frank Buttery to the Balch
Library Commission.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Frank lqnttery is appointed to the Thomas Balch Library Commission for a two year term to
expire on June 30, 2001.
