PRESENTED November 23:1999
99-359 ADOPTED November 23; 1999
APPOINTING MS. KELLY GAITEN AND MR. WII JIAM SUTTON TO
THE BOARD OF ARCH/TECTURAL REVIEW (BAR)
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the BAR due to the resignation of Ms.
Patricia Devine and the unfortunate and unexpected death of Ralph Marr; and
WHEREAS, advertisements were placed in the Leesburg Today soliciting residents
interested in serving on the BAR; and
WHEREAS, interviews of candidates were held on November 16, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Town Council recommends appointment of Ms. Kelly Gaiten
and Mr. William Sutton to the BAR.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Ms. Kelly Gaiten is hereby appointed to the BAR to fill the unexpired term
of Ralph Marr whose term of office will expire on June 30, 2001.
SECTION 11. Mr. William Sutton is hereby appointed to the BAR to fill the unexpired
term of Patricia Devine whose term of office will expire on June 30, 2000.
