RESOLUTION NO. 2000-12 ADOPTED January 26, 2000
ARESOLUTION: APPROVING THE VACATION OF A TEMPORARY INGRESS AND
EGRESS EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY OF RIVER CREEK, LLC, AND
APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF THE EASEMENT TO A NEW
LOCATION ON THE PROPERTY OF RIVER CREEK LLC
WHEREAS, A TEMPORARY INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY
OF RIVER CREEK LLC, was created to provide access for the Town to the Goose Creek Sanitary Sewer
Pump Station (Goose Creek Pump Station); and
WHEREAS, RIVER CREEK LLC, has requested that the TEMPORARY INGRESS AND
EGRESS EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY OF RIVER CREEK LLC, be vacated to allow creation of
townhouse subdivision lots; and
WHEREAS, RIVER CREEK LLC, is replacing the TEMPORARY INGRESS AND EGRESS
EASEMENT with a permanent INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY OF
RIVER CREEK LLC, in the location and over the private streets of the townhouse subdivision.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. THE TEMPORARY INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT ON THE
PROPERTY OF RIVER CREEK LLC, labeled as "Portion of Ex. Temporary Town of Leesburg Ingress
and Egress Easement DB. 1664, PG 124 Hereby Vacated" as shown on the plat of easement and vacation
titled "Plat Showing Town of Leesburg Permanent Ingress And Egress Easement And Vacation Of
Temporary Ingress And Egress Easement On The Property Of River Creek LLC," dated January 10,
2000, and prepared by William H. Gordon Associates, Inc. is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. THE PERMANENT INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT ON THE
PROPERTY OF RIVER CREEK LLC, labeled as "Town of Leesburg Ingress and Egress Easement" as
shown on the plat of easement and vacation titled "Plat showing Town of Leesburg Permanent Ingress
And Egress Easement And Vacation Of Temporary Ingress And Egress Easement On The Property Of
A RESOLUTION REGARDING RIVER CREEK LLC EASEMENTS

River Creek, LLC" dated January 10, 2000 and prepared by William H. Gordon Associates, Inc. is hereby
accepted.
SECTION III. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the Deed of Easement and
Vacation in a form approved by the Town Attorney with the above-referenced Plat of Easement and
Vacation.
