A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A TRUST
AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA
REGIONAL PARK AUTHORITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF
THE BALLS BLUFF PROPERTY
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Trust Agreement with the
Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority for the purchase of the Balls Bluff property.
PASSED this 26th day of January 2000.
