RESOLUTION NO. 22-030
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE FISCAL
YEAR 2021-22 BUDGET FINANCE DEPARTMENT, REVENUE DIVISION
FOR TRIPEPI SMITH. SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the City’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 budget on June 15, 2021;
and
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2023 UUT Tax collection will sunset,
WHEREAS, Tripepi Smith will gather public opinion research pertaining to extending UUT
Tax levy.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend FY 2021-22 budget to authorize the use of funds
from the Unreserved Budget and Departmental Budget Transfer to acquire Tripepi Smith services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND,
DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendments will be made to the City’s budget:

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall keep a copy of
this resolution attached to the FY 2021-22 budget on file, and effective as of March 1st, 2022, the same
shall be in force and effect.
