REQUESTING APPROVAL OF INSERTION OF $50,721
THE 1995 BUDGET REVE~u~ AVAILABLE FROM THE
URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-87 provides that the Director of Local
Government Services may approve the insertion of any special
item of revenue in the budget of any municipality when such
item shall have been made available by law and the amount
thereof was not determined at the time of the adoption of the
budget, and
WHEREAS, said Director may also approve the insertion of any
item of appropriation for equal amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Bgrough of Carteret
hereby requests the Director of the Division of Local
Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of
revenue in the budget of the year 1995 in the sum of $50,721
which item is now available as a revenue from the Urban
Enterprise Zone Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a like sum of $50,721 be and the
same is hereby appropriated under the caption of:
Urban Enterprise Zone Program
Salaries and Wages $33,284
Other Expenses 17r437
Total $5Q~721
Adopted this 17th day of August, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 18, 1995.
