Board of Assessors Meeting
January 11, 2007

Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:41 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minuted 3 0 and 2 Or respe006 eand D M Salomone0 was
Mr. Hayes seconded. The motions pass
not present at the December 20, 2006 meeting.
The Board entered into a discussion about proposing an article for Spring Town Meeting to
accept the provisions of M.G.L. chapter 59, section 5, clause 54, which would exempt all
personal property accounts with a valuation of any amount up to $10,000. Mr. Jursak
moved, seconded by Ms. Salomone, to sponsor the article for town meeting at the $10,000
level.

Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Ms. Salomone seconded.

The motions passed 3-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.
