Board of Assessors Meeting
January 25, 2007
Members Present: Jim Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the following exemption applications:
1. Watson, James, 47 Windswept Road Clause 41 C
2. Hackett, Paul F. et al, 299 Landing Drive Clause 41 A Deferral
Ms. Salomone seconded. The motions passed 3-0.
New Business:

BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Ms. Salomone seconded.

Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Ms. Salomone seconded.
1. Murdock, David et al, Trs.-143 Ellis Landing Road $31,200
2. Chase, Nancy T.-124 Canoe Pond Drive $30,000
The motions passed 3-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Real Estate abatements. Ms. Salomone seconded.
1. Murdock, Linda C. - 151 Ellis landing Road
2. Kienzle, Monika et al, Trs. - 74 Robert Road
3. Franz, Carl M. et al - 33 Gilbert Road
The motions passed 3-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.
