REQUESTING APPROVAL OF INSERTION OF $25,595
THE 1995 BUDGET REVENUE A%-AILABLE FROM THE
~u~ING SERVICES- NON PUBLIC SCHOOLS
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-87 provides tha~ the Director of Local
Government Services may approve the insertion of any special
item of revenue in the budget of any municipality when such
item shall have been made available by law and the amount
thereof was not determined at the time of the adoption of the
budget, and
WHEREAS, said Director may also approve the insertion of any
item of appropriation for equal amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret
hereby requests the Director of the Division of Local
Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of
revenue in the budget of the year 1995 in the sum of $25,595
which item is now available as a revenue from the Nursing
Services- Non Public Schools.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a like sum of $25,595 be and the
same is hereby appropriated under the caption of:
Nursing Services- Non Public Schools
Salaries and Wages $24,000
Other Expenses 1,595
Adopted this 17th day of August, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 18, 1995.
