Board of Assessors Meeting
February 1, 2007
Members Present: Jim Jursak, G. Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of the meetings of January 11, 2007 and January
25, 2007. Ms. Salomone seconded. The motions passed 3-0.
New Business:
Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 5:55 p.m. to discuss Abatements and
Exemptions and not return to open session. Ms. Salomone seconded.

Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Ms. Salomone seconded.

3. Bagge, Michael et al - 81 Whidah Way $173,600
4. Maddocks, James & Denise-1283 Main Street $125,000
5. Bugle, Robert & Linda - 2271 Main Street $86,100
6. McCormick, Arthur B. - 33 Grove Lane $38,200
7. Schmidt, Thomas & Patricia -18 The Channel Way $661,200
The motions passed 3-0.
Mr. Jursak moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.
