Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m. Old Business: Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of February 1, 2007 and February 8, 2007. Mr. Hayes seconded. The motions passed 3-0. New Business: Mr. Jursak motioned to enter into Executive Session at 5:48 p.m. to discuss Abatements and Exemptions and not return to open session. Ms. Salomone seconded. La. 6~:6'd 8 .J. `' ~~ Board of Assessors Meeting February 15, 2007 Executive Session Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Personal Property abatement.. Ms. Salomone seconded. 1. Phelan, John et al, Trs. - 275 Sea Pines Drive $7,750 The motion passed 3-0. Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Personal Property abatement. Ms. Salomone seconded. 1. New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC -Various The motion passed 3-0. Mr. Jursak moved to grant the following Real Estate abatements. Ms. Salomone seconded. 1. Conrad, Frank et al, Trs.-277 Sea Pines Drive $82,500 2. Haffermehl, Peter & Helen- 190 Nelson Street $79,300 3. McKenna, Stephen et al- 757 Slough Road $320,500 4. McHugh, Paul & Eileen- 544 Run Hill Road $25,000 5. Dugan, Dorothea et al- 0 Lower Road $100,100 6. Trefrey, Leanne - 77 Stony Brook Road $68,700 7. Trefrey, Leanne - 0 Stony Brook Road $33,000 8. Doyle, Sarah, Tr. - 940 Satucket Road $128,900 (Mr. Hayes recused himself from this vote.) The motions passed 3-0, except Doyle, which passed 2-0. Mr. Jursak moved to deny the following Real Estate abatements. Ms. Salomone seconded. 1. Brennan, Thomas et al - 451 Stony Brook Road 2. Trefrey, Leanne - 0 Stony Brook Road The motion passed 3-0.
