RESOLUTION No. 70-1037
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY LEVYING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TAX
WITHIN THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL LIGHTING DISTRICT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1970 -71
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Section 18165 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California (Street Lighting Act of 1919) specifies
that annually, at the time and in the manner provided for making
the general tax levy, the City Legislative Body shall levy a
special assessment tax, within the district and within any zone
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY does hereby determine that a special assessment tax upon all
lands and all improvements, within the Temple City Municipal
Lighting District, and within the various zones therein, be
hereby levied for the fiscal year 1970 -71, within the zones and
in the amounts as follows:

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 11th day of
August, 1970.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at an
adjourned meeting held on the 11th day of August, 1970, by the
