ITEM #1: Call public hearing to order.
ITEM #2: Rezoning request from Housewright Building Company to rezone 9.896 acres
off Rencher Street from R-40 to R-20 and Special Use Permit for a cluster
subdivision to create 16 lots on the same parcel (TMBL 4.6.A.12). speakers on
this item must be sworn in
ITEM #3: Special Use Permit Pelco Enterprises to construct Fox Haven, Phase 1 to include
9,000 sf conference center, 7500 sf of office/retail, and 4200 sf of commercial
space and related parking on the north side of US 70 A, just east of NC 86
(TMBL 4.37.C.22). speakers on this item must be sworn in
ITEM #4: Amendment to the Parks and Recreation Master Plan to add a Greenway section
to include Riverwalk and Cates Creek Greenway.
ITEM #5: Zoning Ordinance Text amendments to establish "Homeless shelter" as a
permitted special use, create development standards/application criteria and
permit the use within the town.
