A RESOLUTION: ENDORSING A NAME CHANGE FOR NVPDC TO
NORTHERN VIRGINIA REGIONAL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Northem Virginia Planning District Commission desires to change
its name; and
WHEREAS, NVPDC has asked that the local jurisdictions endorse this name
change:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Town of Leesburg endorses the requested name change for the Northern
Virginia Planning District Commission (NVPDC) to the Northern Virginia Regional
Commission.
PASSED this 11th day of April, 2000.
