A RESOLUTIONTO' ACCEPT FINAL APPROVAL OF KUM&GO SITE PLAN FOR
VILLAGES DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, KUM&GO, Krause Gentle Company, through its Engineering Firm, Pelds
Engineering Company presented a site and building plan for development in the Villages
Development within the' corporate boundaries of the City of Tiffin, Iowa..
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the site and building plans at the August 12,
2009 regular City Council meeting contingent upon the final approval of the City Engineer,
Mike Hart, Hart Frederick Consultants. The City Engineer's final approval of the site plan
was approved as of September 24, 2009.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa desires to formally approve the site plan
for the proposed KUM&GO Store.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council formally approves the site
plan as presented and approved by the City Engineer as of September 24, 2009.
On this 14th day of October 2009, at a regular meeting of the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa
Council person Bartels introduced Resolution 2009-41 and.made a motion for approval
The motion was seconded by Council person Gericke.
AYES: Chris Ball; Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mark Petersen, One - Vacancy.
Whereupon, with three votes, Mayor Phillips declared the Resolution 2009-41 be adopted
and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 14th day of October 2009.
