A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING USE OF POLICE DEPARTMENT URAN FUNDS TO
SATISFY A FEE WAIVER REQUEST BY THE LOUDOUN COUNTY
CHAPTER MOTHERS AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING IN THE AMOUNT
OF $500 FOR THE USE OF IDA LEE PARK
WHEREAS, the Loudoun County Chapter Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.)
have requested a waiver of fees in the amount of $500 for the use of Ida Lee Park for the "First
Great American Picnic" event scheduled for June 24, 2000; and
WHEREAS, town policy does not to endorse such requests:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The fee waiver request by the Loudoun County Chapter, Mothers Against Drunk Driving
in the amount of $500 is hereby authorized to be paid from Police Department Uran Funds.
