Amonett, owners; John Sayre, Agent, requesting a rezoning from M-2 General Industrial District to C-4 Gen- eral Business District on property located at 4200 National Road West. Nine (9) notices of public hearing were sent to adjoining property owners with none returned. One (1) person spoke in favor of the request at the public hearing. The Plan Commission determined that the subject property is located at the intersection of two (2) major traffic routes and is surrounded on all sides by either commercial zoning or commercial land useage. Furthermore, the requested re- zoning would be compatible with surrounding land use and would not be expected to harm neighboring property values. Therefore, the Plan Commission voted nine (9) to zero (0) to recommend the passage of Ordinance No. 57-1981. Respectfully submitted, CITPLAN COMMISSI,N G?-Gvti1 // Robert B.
