ITEM #5: Approval of previous meeting minutes
ITEM #6: Rezoning request from Housewright Building Company to rezone 9.896 acres off
Rencher Street from R-40 to R-20 and Special Use Permit for a cluster subdivision to
create 16 lots on the same parcel (TMBL 4.6.A.12)
Action requested: Recommendation of action to Town Board
ITEM #7: Special Use Permit Pelco Enterprises to construct Fox Haven, Phase 1 to include 9,000 sf
conference center, 7500 sf of office/retail, and 4200 sf of commercial space and related
parking on the north side of US 70 A, just east of NC 86 (TMBL 4.37.C.22). Fox Haven
Action requested: Recommendation of action to Town Board
ITEM #8: Discuss creating Town Code provisions regulating the location of newsracks
