Consideration of Resolution Endorsing Measure F on the San Mateo County November 3, 1998 Bat_t_ot (Report R-98-117) -- The Board adopted Resolution 98-39 endorsing Measure F on the November 3, 1998 Ballot. Proposed Acquisition of Undivided One-Quarter Interest in the Sardi et ai. Prosy as an Addition to the Cath_edrai_ Oaks Area of Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve; Determination that the Recommended Actions are Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; Tentative Adoption of the preliminary Use and Management Plan Recommendations, Including Nam__ing the Sardi et ai_. Pmpaty as an Addition to the Cathedral Oaks Area of Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve; and Indicate Their Intention to Withhold the Property from Dedication as Public Open Space at This Time (Ep�rt R-98-122) -- The Board determined that the recommended actions are categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; adopted Resolution 98-40 authorizing purchase of one-quarter interest in the Sardi et al. property; tentatively adopted the Preliminary Use and Management Plan recommendations, including naming the Sardi et al. property as an addition to the Cathedral Oaks Area of Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve; and indicated their intention to withhold the property from dedication as public open space at this time. Tentative Adoption of an Amendment to the Use and Management Plan_ for Sierra Azul Oren Space Preserve and Authorization for Staff to Solicit Bids for Removal of Structures from the Former Sink and Barlow Properties and Restore the Sites to a Natural Condition; Determination that the Recommended Actions are Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (R=rt R-98-125) -- The Board determined that the recommended actions are categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; tentatively adopted the amendment to the Use and Management Plan for Sierra Azul Open space Preserve to remove the structures from the former Sink and Barlow properties; and authorized staff to solicit bids to remove structures on the former Sink and Barlow properties and restore the sites to a natural condition. Tentative Adoption of an Amendment to the Use and Management Plan for Pulgas Ridge Q= Spy Preserve to Install a Memorial Boulder and Plaque Honoring George Seager and Determination that the Recommended Actions are Categorically Exempt Under the California Environmental Quwity Act (R=rt R-98-12 1) -- The Board determined that the recommended actions are categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act and tentatively adopted an amendment to the Comprehensive Use and Management Plan for Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve to install a memorial boulder and plaque honoring George Seager. Tentative Adoption of an Amendment to the Use and Management Plan for Los Trancos Q= Space Preserve to Install a Memorial Bench and Plaque Honoring Stan Norton and Determination that Recommended Actions are Categorically Exemz under the California Environmental Quality Act (R=rt R-98-120) -- The Board determined that the recommended actions are categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act and tentatively adopted an amendment to the Comprehensive Use and Management Plan for Los Trancos Open Space Preserve to install a memorial bench and plaque honoring Stan Norton.
