RESOLUTION: 2000'-i09 ADOPTED June 13, 2000
A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMISSION
MEMBER
WHEREAS, one vacancy exist on the Environmental Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, an advertisement of vacancy on the Environmental Advisory Commission
was placed in the Leesburg Today on February 2, and February 9, 2000.
WHEREAS, at the request of the Town Council on March 13, 2000 the letters of interest
were forwarded to the Environmental Advisory Commission for their review and
recommendation.
WHEREAS, at their March 15, 2000 meeting the Environmental Advisory Commission
recommended Scott MacDonald to fill the vacancy.
WHEREAS, this recommendation was forwarded to Town Council on May 22, 2000.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Scott MacDonald
two-year term to expire June 30, 2002.
PASSED this 13th day of June, 2000.
