Home My Public Portal About2016-11-07 pre-meeting1 COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 7, 2016 CALL TO ORDER The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of November 7, 2016, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Carrie Tergin. ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened: Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, Ward, and Wiseman Absent: Henry A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Public Works Director Matt Morasch indicated he would like to make an announcement about an open house to discuss the issue of flood insurance. He said he would provide details in the Regular meeting. Councilman Costales stated he would also like to make an announcement in the Regular Meeting about the next Ward 4 Town Hall meeting. Planning & Protective Services Director Janice McMillan stated that the Planning issues on the agenda for the Regular Meeting would be presented by Eric Barron. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
