COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 21, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of November 21, 2016, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber,
Ward, and Wiseman
Absent: Graham
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin stated there would be an additional proclamation presented at tonight’s
regular meeting in honor of News Tribune photographer Julie Smith, but since it was a
“surprise” it did not appear on the agenda.
Planning & Protective Services Director Janice McMillan stated that the public hearing
staff presentations at tonight’s meeting would be presented by Eric Barron.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
