A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY MODIFYING VARIANCE
CASE NO. 69 -283
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon the application of Merle Collins
therefor, and after public hearing held with respect thereto,
the City Council does hereby modify Variance Case No. 69 -283
as follows:
"Condition 'L' of Section 4, Resolution
No. 69 -929, is hereby modified to allow install-
ation of four signs related to identification
and operation of Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital
and Retirement Center - three signs are to be
located at Daines Drive, at the rear entrance of
the hospital complex, and one sign at Gracewood
Avenue.
"The proposed signs shall be supported by
pedestals made of natural rock approximately 2 feet
in height - two signs shall be 4 feet x 15 inches
in size, and two signs shall be 3 feet x 12 feet,
with one of the larger signs facing Gracewood
Avenue about 580 feet northerly of Daines Drive
"All signs are to conform to the plot plan
submitted at the hearing."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
