FROM: 806 ROOSEVELT AVENUE TO: 762B ROOSEVELT AVENUE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, by Carteret Mall
Liquors, Inc. for aPLACE-TO-PLACE TRANS~'~/t of A.B.C. License No. 1201-
32-012-005 from premises at 806 Roosevelt Avenue to 762B Roosevelt Avenue
and
WHEREAS, accordi~ to lg~, the application for transfer was duly adver-
tised in The New~ Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of
Carteret, New Jersey and no objections to said transfer, either verbally
or in writing, were filed or made tO the Governing Body or to the Muni-
cipal Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the application is complete in all respects and the applicant
is qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by
Title 33 of the New Jersey Statutes, promulgated thereunder, as well as
pertinent locat ordinances and conditions consistent with Title 33; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P,F, SOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that A. B.C. Licens,
No. 1201-32-012-005 held by CAR£MRET MALL LIQUORS, INC. to sell alcoholic
beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes, rules and regulations
of the State of New Jersey and the ordinances and resolutions, rules
and regulations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning
the said license and the sale of alcoholic beverages at 806 Roosevelt
Avenue, be and is hereby transferred to premises located at 762B Roosevelt
Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
BE IT FORTHER RESOLVED, that t~o (2) certified copies of this. resolution
be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Departmmnt of Law & Public
Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted the 17th day of August, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
