AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH ACCIDENT REPORT
FEES AND AN ACCIDENT REPORT ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, IC 9-3-1-3, as amended, requires the Common Council
to fix by ordinance accident report fees; and
WHEREAS, IC 9-3-1-3, as amended, provides for such fees to be
deposited in a separate account to be known as the
"Accident Report Account".
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana that:
1. The Police Department of the City of Richmond,
Indiana shall collect an amount of Three Dollars
($3.00) for each copy of an accident report as
provided in IC 9-3-1-3, as amended.
2. Such fee shall be deposited in a separate
account to be known as the "Accident Report
Account" as provided in IC 9-3-1-3, as amended.

by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
