WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CaltUN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City October 19, 1981 at the hour of 7:30 p.m.. ' CouncilmanMills presided with the following members present: Messrs. Elstro , Williams Ahaus Hankinson Welch , Parker Carter Paust Absent: None , The following business was had, to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of October 7 and October 14 Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the t day of _October 1981 , by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No. 73-1981 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Welch moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman Ahaus , and on voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 73-1981 President Mills announced Ordinance No. 73-1981 is on public hearing.
