A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PAY AGREED UPON
CONSIDERATION FOR SOUTH KING STREET
IMPROVEMENTS EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, staff has agreed to pay certain consideration to the Johnsons and the
Campbells for South King Street improvements easements in amounts that exceed the
appraisals; and
WHEREAS, there are special circumstances justifying such consideration,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Town of Leesburg as follows:
Staff is hereby authorized to pay the Campbells the agreed amount for their easement and
the payment to the Johnsons is hereby ratified.
