AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN FEES AND PERMITS FOR THE SEVERAL DEPART-
MENTS OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND AMENDING TITLE III
CHAPTER 31, APPENDIX B OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, Title III, Chapter 31, Appendix B establishes certain
permit fees for city departments of the City of
Richmond; and
WHEREAS, It is now necessary and desirous and in the best
interest of the City of Richmond to amend certain
Sections of Appendix B of said code.
NOW THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
does hereby ordain and enact as follows:
SECTION 1. The following fees are amended by the
following departments of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT (Ordinance #2858-1973):
Storm Sewer Tap Fee
POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Gun Permits
$50.00
$5.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and signing by the Mayor.
