A RESOLUTION:
RATIFYING APPROVAL OF INDEMNIFICATION
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, staff has signed the attached indemnification agreement to permit the
construction plans for Shenandoah University's new campus to be approved before all
third party easements have been recorded because of the special circumstances recited in
the agreement.
THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Council of the Town of Leesburg as
follows:
Execution of the indemnification agreement is hereby ratified.
PASSED this llth day of July ,2000.
