APPROVING AN ANNUAL CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT TO
VONMARK CLEANING IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,900 FOR THE
PUBLIC SAFETY CENTER
WHEREAS, written quotations were requested for the cleaning services for the public
safety center; and
WHEREAS, only two quotes were received as shown below;

WHEREAS, the references of the lowest responsive, responsible bidder where found to
be in order; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of staff to award the contract to Vonmark
Cleaning.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
town manager is authorized to execute a contract for cleaning services from July 1, 2000
through June 30, 2000 to Vonmark Cleaning at a total annual cost of $21,900 for the public
safety center.
