OTHER BUSINESS CPC Minutes OS-21-07 s Historical presentation (Roy Robinson) -proposed guidelines for after we spend money, checks that contract is being honored. Belongs with the Historic Commission. Another question-who watched it through to completion? Look ahead to challenge of monitoring and enforcement- monies to be set aside, Town grantee. Who would enforce? Elliott Carr will draft a letter to Historic Commission to site issues. CPC standards will be developed, check patterns with other towns. Puzzling decisions-regarding 2/3 vote- clarify before next Town Meeting. Basis for reasoning. Town Counsel trumps anyone else. Informal discussion with Town Counsel how this developed? Based in law or court case? MOTION made by Paul Hush that Paul Ruchinskas and Elizabeth Taylor work questions through Charles Sumner to Town Counsel that we see where CPC stands on 2/3 issue.
