Members present were; Paul Hush, Elizabeth Taylor, Michael Lach, and Paul Ruchinskas. Members missing: Stephen McKenna, Roland Bassett Jr., William Reyburn, Roy Robinson. 1. MOTION by Paul Ruchinskas to accept the Minutes of May 21, 2007 as corrected. Second by Paul Hush. VOTE: 5-0-0 2. )DINT MEETING WITH HISTORICAL COMMISSION Criteria for Evaluation of projects presented to CPC. This is for more than just houses. Mapping Historical areas in Town. They may have to go to Town Meeting with their own article for Administrative fees. 3. COA WINDOW APPLICATION Deadline for application is September 1. This is Historical Commission issue. MOTION by Paul Hush to refer this to Brewster Historical Commission for review. Second by Paul Ruchinskas VOTE: 5-0-0 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION MOTION by Elizabeth Taylor to go into Executive Session Second by Paul Ruchinskas VOTE: Hush-YES Taylor-YES Carr-YES Ruchinskas-YES Lach-YES Discussion MOTION by Paul Ruchinskas to adjourn from Executive Session Second by Pau Hush CPC Minutes 06-27-07 VOTE: 4-0-0. 5. COMMUNITY HOUSING Habitat for Humanity has received their Comprehensive permit. reviewed by Town Counsel. Site work is to begin in September. 6. OPEN SPACE UPDATE. The survey is moving along, to be sent to the State by July 31 It is now being MOTION by Elizabeth Taylor to pay $1000.00 printing bill for survey. Second by Paul Hush VOTE: 5-0-0 7. Any OTHER BUSINESS Carr- July 11t" meeting cancelled Next meeting will be July 25tH Motion by Paul Ruchinskas to adjourn.
