COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
Meeting Minutes
December 12, 2007
Chairman Elliott Carr called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM. Members present
were; Paul Hush, Elizabeth Taylor, Roland Bassett Jr., William Reyburn, Paul
Ruchinskas, Michael Lach and Roy Robinson. Member missing was Jeanne
Boehm.
1. Motion by Paul Hush to accept the Minutes of 11-28-07 as corrected.
Second by Roland Bassett Jr.
VOTE 6-0-0.
2. Applications received for Spring Town Warrant
A. Latham School/Brewster Housing Authority
Latham/BHA application was referred to the housing subcommittee.
General discussion related to this project.
Motion by Roland Bassett Jr. to send to Brewster Housing Authority subcommittee.
Second by Michael Lach.
VOTE 8-0-0
B. Cape Rep
General discussion crosses lines and mutli purpose.
Motion by Paul Hush to refer to Brewster Historical Commission, then back to
Special Cape Rep Subcommittee and then presented to CPC.
Second by Roy Robinson
VOTE 8-0-0
C. Brewster Historical Society
$10,000 additional repair of Windmill, should be sent to Brewster Historical
Commission
CPC Minutes 12-12-07
Motion by Roland Bassett Jr. to refer this to Brewster Historical Commission.
Second by Roy Robinson.
VOTE 8-0-0.
