APPROVING THE USE OF A TEMPORARY SEWAGE PUMPING
STATION FOR THE PROPOSED HERITAGE HIGH SCHOOL

Sewer Agreement.
PASSED this 17th day of October 2000.
WHEREAS, the town purchased a site for construction of a high school within the Lower
Sycolin Creek sewer shed; and
WHEREAS, due to the absence of a central gravity sewer system within the sewer shed,
sewer flows generated from this school must be temporarily pumped over to the Middle Tuscarora
Creek sewer shed; and
WHEREAS, the Loudoun County School Board has agreed to conditions set forth by the
town in accepting this temporary means of sewage conveyance.
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities recommends the approval of a temporary sewage
pumping station at the Heritage High School site; and
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Permission is hereby granted to the Loudoun County School Board for conveyance of
sewage flows generated from the Heritage High School, as set forth in the Heritage High School
