AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE TENDER AGREEMENTS
REGARDING WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the Mayor be authorized to execute Tender
Agreements regarding the wastewater treatment plant for the reasons explained in the
attached Executive Summary.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
that the Mayor is authorized to execute the attached Tender Agreements or agreements
substantially similar in substance once the contractor submits proof of proper licensing
PASSED this 17th day of October, 2000.
