The Council of the Village of Medina met in special aession as a Board
Review on Thursday, June 19, 1969 at 7:00 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Prisoilla Arens - Clerk
Wayne Neddermeyer, Raymond Bosch, Rayburn Anderson and
Harold Winterhalter, together with Assessor Willis Kohnen
and County Assessor Roy Johnson were present.
No persons appeared with complaints.
Moved by Rayburn Anderson to adjourn the meeting.
Seconded by Harold WinterhalOr.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:10 P. M.

The Council of the Village of Medina met in_special session on Thursday,
June 19, 1969 at 8:15 P. M.

Wayne Neddermeyer, Raymond Bosch, Rayburn Anderson and
Harold Winterhalter were present.
William Mills duscussed the gravel depth and other matters with regard to
up -grading #87 now known as Willow Drive. Moved by Raymond Bosch to have
Mr. Mills draw plans and specifications for paving Willow Drive from the
present black top to County Road #24.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
Discussed sewer problems. with Minn -Kota Company, also the necessary steps
to remedy the tower situation. Vetter from the Department Interior and
also a letter from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency were read.
A complaint was presented from the Rackliffe Company, stating that they
are being charged twice as much as anyone% yethe Boyer Landfill Company.
Discussion but no action we can take.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting be adjourned.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 P. M.
