AMENDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPOINTMENT
CHAUFFEUR
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1995, Richard Maher was appointed to the position of
Chauffeur pursuant to Resolution #95-240; and
WHEREAS, said effective date of appointment was July 24, 1995; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said effective date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the effective date of Resolution
#95-240 is hereby amended to August 21, 1995.
Adopted this 17th day of August, 1995
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on August 18, 1995.
