A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH HENDRICKS AND ASSOCIATES
TO PERFORM A PAY AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY,
INCLUDING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
OF A PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $42,995.
WHEREAS, the Town Manager recognizes the immediate need for a
comprehensive pay and classification study and pay-for-performance system that attracts,
retains and trains the best workforce possible; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Personnel recommends the contract be awarded to
Hendricks and Associates in the amount of $42,995.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Section I. The Town Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with
Hendricks and Associates to perform a comprehensive pay and classification study,
including the development and implementation of a performance evaluation process.
