AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE J (PARKING
PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF PORTIONS OF BROADWAY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of portions of Broadway Street, to read as follows:
Broadway Street: eastside thereof,north and within one-hundred twenty feet(120')of the north curb
of West McCarty Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
