AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE V (ACCESSIBLE PARKING
SPACES), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE REMOVAL OF
PORTIONS OF EAST CAPITOL AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule V (Accessible
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
deleting a portion of East Capitol Avenue, as follows:
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
