AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A GENERAL
FUND SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $15,000.00 WITHIN THE FY2017 BUDGET FOR
THE CAPITAL AREA METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization
approved a Unified Planning Work Program and Budget for FY2017; and
WHEREAS, professional services contracts not being executed in FY2016 created a deficit of
funding required for professional services contracts in FY2017; and
WHEREAS, eighty percent (80%) of the $15,000 requested supplemental appropriation is
reimbursable through existing Missouri Department of Transportation grants; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is needed to complete planned professional services
projects.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Funds shall be supplementally appropriated to the Capital Area Metropolitan
Planning Organization, as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
