On behalf of our client, DC Beane and Associates Construction Company and the Applicant, Arranta Bio,
Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. is submitting the enclosed Site Plan Review package for Developer's
Conference for the proposed project at 650 Pleasant Street. The proposed project consists of the
demolition of the 1 -story portion of the existing building and the construction of a 2 -story approximately
15,700 square foot addition in its place. The project will also include restriping of parking, adjusting curb
cuts, drainage improvements, and converting a limited number of excess parking spaces to landscaping.
