Board of Electrical Examiners and Review
Jefferson City, Missouri
November 2, 2016
MEMBERS PRESENT:
David Steinman
Jim Gooch
Ray Fink
Chris Bruemmer
Sam Thomas
Bill Luebbert, Electrical Inspector
Larry Burkhardt, Building Official
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Richard Green
Glen Costales, Council Liaison
The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met November 2, 2016, in the Small Conference
Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Bill
Luebbert at 4:00 p.m. A quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes from the September 7, 2016 meeting:
A motion was made by Chris Bruemmer and seconded by David Steinman to approve the
minutes of the September 7, 2016 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
Review License Applications:
• A motion was made by Jim Gooch and seconded by Chris Bruemmer to allow Jon
Bussey to take his Journeyman test. Motion passed by show of hands.
• A motion was made by David Steinman and seconded by Chris Bruemmer to allow
Jonathan Ferrell take his Journeyman test. Motion passed by show of hands.
• A motion was made by Ray Fink and seconded by Sam Thomas to approve Jeremy
Moore to receive his Master License. Motion passed with show of hands.
Old Business:
There was none.
New Business:
Future make-up of the Electrical Board was discussed. The number of members and their
qualifications (how many Journeyman, Electrical contractors, utility workers, etc.) were
discussed.
Schedule Next Meeting:
The next meeting was tentatively set for January 4, 2017.
Adjournment:
With no further business the meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
