RESOLUTION NO.2000-233 ADOPTED November 28, 2000
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
BY THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTES ON DECEMBER 14, 2000
WHEREAS, the League of Women Voters has requested the use of the Council
Chambers on Thursday, December 14, 2000 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to conduct a monthly
meeting; and.
WHEREAS, Council approval is required for the use of the Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, a fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council recommends renting the Council Chambers to the
League of Women Voters on Thursday, December 14, 2000 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., for a fee of
$15.00 per hour.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Permission to rent the Council Chambers on Thursday, December 14, 200
to the League of Women Voters is hereby granted.
SECTION II. A fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged.
