COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 6, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of December 6, 2016, was convened at 5:46 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Rick Mihalevich in the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin who was
running late.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber,
and Ward
Absent: Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
*Mayor Tergin arrived at 5:47 P.M. and assumed the Chair.
Bill 2016-67 – 2005 Schotthill Woods Drive Preliminary PUD Amendment
City Counselor Ryan Moehlman explained that since the matter was being reconsidered
by the Council, it would need to be placed on the Informal Calendar tonight until a
second public hearing could be held on December 19. More announcements would be
made at the regular meeting regarding the notifications and timeline of meetings, etc.
Mayor Tergin stated she would make an announcement in the regular meeting about
the classification and compensation plan timeline.
