McCarty Street Large Conference Room ATTENDEES: Committee members present: Jim Branch, Mark Schreiber, Erin Wiseman, Glen Costales, Rick Mihalevich (arrived at 7:45am) Staff present: Gail Strope, Steve Crowell, Margie Mueller, Ryan Moehlman Others Present: None Meeting came to order at 7:31 a.m., the minutes were approved with a motion by Councilman Mark Schreiber and second by Councilwoman Wiseman. The motion passed 4-0. Appointment Review: Presented by Gail Strope. The committee made six reappointments and one new appointment. A motion was made by Councilman Constales to approve the following persons for appointment and reappointments and seconded by Councilwoman Wiseman. The motion passed 4-0. Staff will put together a list of reporting requirements for each board & Commission. The Committee will review the codes over the next month and discuss in December. New Business: Margie Mueller presented a draft ordinance to reclassify a GIS Specialist to System Analyst. A motion was made by Rick Mahalevich to approve the position reclassification to the full council and seconded by Mark Schreiber. The motion passed 5-0. There being no further business, Councilwoman Wiseman made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Councilman Costales. The motion passed 5-0 ending the meeting at 8:12 a.m.
