THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MAY 29, 2014
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, May
29, 2014, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana.
President Robinson called the meeting to order and the following business was conducted:
ROLL CALL
Present were: Vicki Robinson and Tony Foster. Absent was Dick Foore.
Also in attendance were Kim Vessels, Assistant City Attorney; Police Major Mark Connery and, Media.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Foster moved to approve the minutes for the meeting with a second by Ms. Robinson. Upon a vote
viva voce, the motion carried.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
Mr. Foster moved to approve the May 30, 2014 claims for payment in the amount of Two Hundred
Seventy Seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Eight Dollars and twenty one cents ($277,498.21),
supported by Ms. Robinson. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried.

Midwest Machinery Movers, Inc. will be moving equipment at Primex Plastics
Mr. Foster moved to approve, supported by Ms. Robinson. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion
carried.
