RESOLUTION NO 2001-3 ADOPTED January 9, 2001
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT OF PARCEL B-2 OF THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOUDOUN COUNTY
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors of Loudoun County has requested that the
Town vacate a portion of an existing sanitary sewer easement on parcel B-2 on property
of the Board of Supervisors of Loudoun County; and
WHEREAS, vacating the portion of the easement of parcel B-2 will not adversely
impact the future maintenance of the sanitary sewer easement in this area; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineering and Utility Divisions recommend approval of
said vacation.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That the "Portion of Existing Sanitary Sewer Easement DB 939 PG
1216 Herby Vacated 5,600 Square Feet See Detail" as shown on record of plat titled
"Vacation of a Portion of Ex 20' San Sewer Esm't Parcel B-2" dated December 8, 2000,
and prepared by Patton Harris Rust & Associates is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated easement plat as referenced above.
